The Restaurant " Redibis " is born from the awareness of a unique location and the will to save it from the obvious museum logic, in order to make it host the ancient ritual of dinner instead. We are in the Roman Theatre in Bevagna, built in the first century AD, probably under Emperor Trajan. A timeless setting along with an experimental and contemporary cuisine, able to give a gourmet experience out of the ordinary.
Good food and wine are for us a passion, almost a religion. From this great love of ours "FOODIE" project was born. We've been professionals of food and wine for many years, real lovers of good food, and our purpose is to convey to all our guests the thrill of an unforgettable dinner.
We are loyal to Italian traditional cuisine, but our eyes are always facing new trends, we are curious by nature and we like to experiment. At Redibis you can enjoy traditional dishes with a modern twist.
